4. Local Pickup - Sorry, at this time, we do not offer local pickup. Don't worry, your products ship to you fast (to your front door)!
5. Product Installation - Most products we carry can be installed with common hand tools. However, we do recommend having a knowledgeable shop perform the product installation.
6. Please be advised that some parts we carry are for Off-Road use only. Please check with your local department of motor vehicles for compliance.
7. Special Item Orders - Special order parts such as HKS Turbo Kit, Seat Rails, etc. require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
8. Warranty Policy
H-Fit Products
H-Fit / JSAD warranties all products manufactured by H-Fit to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for normal use and service for one (1) year from the date of purchase from H-Fit.com. Products returned must be inspected and determined to be defective by H-Fit / JSAD before any warranty credit and/or replacement is issued. H-Fit / JSAD's obligation under warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at its discretion, any product found to be defective. The consumer will be responsible for shipping charges. Final determination of the suitability of the product(s) for the intended use is the sole responsibility of the consumer. H-Fit / JSAD shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that may be claimed as a result of the failure of any product, including claims for delay, loss of profits or labor. H-Fit / JSAD shall not be liable for any damage and/or injury to person(s) and/or property resulting from improper installation and/or misuse of any product subject to this warranty. There are no other warranties expressed and/or implied extending beyond those set forth above.
Non H-Fit Products (ex. Cusco, Tomioka, HKS, SPC, Blitz, etc.)
All products not manufactured or produced by H-Fit will be serviced and warrantied through its manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for details. H-Fit is not responsible for the quality and workmanship for non H-Fit products.
9. Return Policy
Merchandise cannot be returned without a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA number must be clearly written on the package. All returned merchandise must be "like new" and in resalable condition. We do not accept returns from retail warehouses and/or vendors unless the merchandise has been purchased directly through JSAD/H-Fit. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise. Used, parted out and/or modified products will not be accepted. Shipping must be prepaid on all returned merchandise. Special item orders cannot be returned or cancelled. Merchandise that does not follow these guidelines will be refused.

Shipping prices quoted on H-Fit.com is valid only for the continental United States. Please email us prior to ordering for shipping prices as they are significantly higher. If products are purchased before emailing H-Fit, buyer will be contacted before product is shipped.
